Thank you, Greg! I so appreciate you verbalizing what I was thinking after reading engineers BS "report." As an attorney, I have been trained to look at the facts. All he has in his report are spurious conclusions. Where are the facts to support his conclusions? This gigantic 100-foot tree feel on my roof, caused a significant gap in my hardscape, nail popping in the master bedroom, and caused a super loud boom upon impact. How does he explain the resulting damage? He does not. It seems he is only a biased expert, giving the Carrier a biased opinion. I am so glad you are on my side helping me out.
