GREG DEGENARRO

GREG DeGENNARO

Greg DeGennaro was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up in a family of contractors and developers he learned a vast amount of knowledge which he would later use as an insurance restoration contractor and consultant. As his career progressed Greg was responsible for hundreds of water and fire damage restoration projects. It was during this time that he realized how insureds were affected by this devastating experience. Greg found his calling and became a licensed public adjuster to assist the insured during this difficult process. Greg’s direct approach to the claims process along with over twenty years of construction knowledge allows him to document, present and defend the insureds claim to the carrier. His attention to detail has gained him recognition in the industry as an expert in claims negotiations and reaching the highest settlements. During his free time Greg enjoys watching his children’s sporting & musical events, family barbecues and weight lifting.

MARC HOECK

Marc Hoeck was born and raised in Southern California. He is a graduate of the Army & Navy Academy in Carlsbad, CA.

After several years in the construction field Marc’s passion for sports led him into the golf industry. He earned his membership into the PGA of America and worked as Head Golf Professional/Director of Instruction at several clubs in the Palm Springs area. His desire to help others was the cornerstone of a 20 year career.

In 2010 Marc was presented an opportunity to help others on a much deeper level as a public insurance adjuster. Marc quickly recognized the traumatic effects that a fire or flood took on families and the need for his involvement.

Marc’s hobbies include fishing, hiking and cooking. And while his time is limited he still occasionally plays golf at charity events in the inland empire.

MARC HOECK

AARON MARRON

Since 1997, Aaron Marron has worked in the Fire Restoration Industry. Employed by a licensed general contractor in 1997, he has the construction knowledge required to present and negotiate a fair settlement. Licensed by the California Department of Insurance in 2003 as a Apprentice Public Insurance Adjuster and later passing the rigorous test required by the State of California later obtained a Public Insurance Adjuster, as a Senior Public Insurance Adjuster he is familiar with the Insurance Code and Regulations. Aaron’s passion and tenacity to negotiate a fair settlement offer on all claims. Aaron’s goal is to exceed the expectation of each and every insured. He holds certifications in fire and smoke odor remediation.

ALAN MOORE

Alan Moore was born and raised in Southern California. His career began as a welder in the pipeline construction industry. He rapidly moved into the position of supervisor. His knowledge in the industry soon led him as a consultant for international construction in China. Raised by a father who was a Los Angeles City Fire Fighter, Alan expanded his career path to fire insurance construction and restoration. After years of experience in the industry, Alan chose to become a Public Insurance Consultant to protect the rights of insured homeowners. Over the last 20 years working as a Public Insurance Adjuster, Alan has made it his mission to fight for the rights of the insured, alleviate undue stress, and regain losses rightfully due to the homeowner.

ALAN MOORE

JONATHAN GALLEGOS

Being a husband & father of 2 beautiful girls, jonathan knows the importance of a family and their home. He has learned to understand each & every clients unique needs and has guided many families in the reconstruction process of their homes. With over a decade of experience in the insurance restoration industry, Jonathan has earned the knowledge needed in both hands-on field experience & assessing of the actual damaged sustained to a home when in connection to any type of loss. Being a licensed General Contractor along with being a licensed public adjuster gives him the certification of knowledge that will assist in the preparation & representation of your claim. In his free time Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

LIZBETH GARCIA

Office Secretary – Bilingual (English & Spanish) Although my background and college degree are in Accounting/ Business Administration I was granted the opportunity to be a part of Capital Public Adjusters of whom I am proud to be a apart of to continue to Learn, Educate & Help homeowners during their claims process. My Current internship as an Apprentice and Office Secretary will further more help me pursue my career as a public adjuster.
LIZBETH GARCIA

MICHAEL CARTER

Michael Carter grew up in Northern California. As a Marine, stationed in Camp Pendleton, Michael was introduced to Southern California. Michael’s career includes time as an estimator for a major remodeling contractor. He also managed operations and did all estimating for a San Diego fire restoration general contractor. However, it was his work as an insurance agent that brought him to public insurance adjusting. As an agent, he saw up close how insurance companies delay, deny and cost manage claims. From this experience he specifically sought out the public adjusting industry so he could better help and protect his clients.
Now with several years background in construction management and estimating, work as an agent and licensed as a public insurance adjuster since 2010, Michael brings a unique blend of experience, knowledge and care for his customers.

SHEILA CRIADO

Sheila has been in the Finance and Insurance world since 2004. She has been exclusively active in the insurance claims industry for over 10 years. Her business philosophy is Honesty, Integrity, Quality, Efficiency with 100% Compassion towards clients during the entire claims process.

SHAWN JONES

Shawn Jones was born in California and graduated from Redlands High School. After graduation she furthered her education in Human Resources and for 25 years has been a successful Human Resources manager.

Shawn’s friendly personality and professionalism matches her desire and enthusiasm to advocate for people in their time of need. Her experience working with others to resolve disputes, manage contracts, interpret policy language and to ensure that all are treated fairly has made the transition to becoming a Public Adjuster seamless.
